my xbox one have the error E208 000001E7 00000005. What should I do???

Hi, Have you tried "Power Cycling" on your Xbox, by that I mean Unplugging the power cable from the back of the Xbox waiting 10 seconds and plugging it back in, That can often fix many issues.

yes, the options that appear to me are: restart x box, restore factory defaults and offline system update. I have already restarted the x box, it didn't worked

If I do it,it won't delete my games and apps, but it will delete my account right? If I enter my email and password again, will I recover my saves?
