Hello Elias Schausberger,
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
If your email address and password have been changed, then it is safe to assume that your account has been stolen.
I would first recommend that you save your current email and address for your Microsoft account, as this is very important for us to retrieve the account.
I recommend that you try to recover your stolen account through the following officially supported method:
How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account - Microsoft Support
If it is not possible to recover the account via the above link, then I suggest you fill out the recovery form:
Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support
Note: Try to add as much information as possible to this form. This allows the team to verify that you are the account owner. We recommend that you fill out this form on a computer that has previously logged into your account, as this form may capture computer information that can be used to verify that your computer is a trusted device for your Microsoft account.
The community only provides technical support for the software, not account recovery, and for account data, unfortunately community members do not have access to the server backend data for recovery. This is because account data is stored on highly encrypted servers and very few people have access to these servers.
On the other hand, it would be a huge information security crisis if any staff member in the community had direct access to users' Microsoft account data.
Of course, you can also contact Microsoft Online Support to inquire about your account:
Go to the following Web site:
Contact - Microsoft Support
1). First, enter your question in the search, then click "Sign up to contact support" at the bottom of the page.
2). Currently logged in to another valid Microsoft account. (Please make sure you sign in with your personal Microsoft account, not your work and school account, or you won't see option 3、4、5.)
3). Under "Products & Services", select "Other Products".
4). Under Categories, select Manage my Subscription and then click Confirm.
5). Click Chat with Support Agent in web browser.
I hope the information I have provided above has helped you better understand your Microsoft account security policy. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please feel free contact me if you need more help.
Best regards
