My Home Xbox not loading

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

There are multiple reports in regards to the said issue from various players, however, there are no official announcements from Microsoft. We can wait or we can also perform troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, and games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
Reset and keep my games & apps.

You're welcome and I apologize but in this case, we may need as this is an issue for multiple players as well.

We're being it's told it's an issue on MS side.
We just have to wait for them to fix it.

Many people, including me, are having this issue.

I just created an account for my child, and want him to play my games...but I have to stay signed in until this gets fixed...which is a problem for me, as he keeps selecting my account which defeats the parental controls I have set.
