my games from xbox game pass closes after starting

Hi! I have some games from the pc xbox pass, when I try to open one game, this one closes after a while (seconds).

I have paid for pc xbox pass and it has not expirated.

my games and my windows are updated.

I hope someone could help me please.

I can use the games without ethernet but they close if i get connected

Sorry about that issue, did you get any error message ?

If not its maybe an issue with your firewall , please check if Xbox app is not blocked.

Hi its not my firewall this problem is new been ok but since update cant launch games from the xbox app just  sends me to desktop

I suggest trying the steps we have outlined in our support page entitled Game freezes or stops responding on a Windows 10 device as soon as is convenient. 

When you get a chance to do so, let us know if that positively affected the situation.
