My gamer pic is not changing

When I try to change my game pic on Xbox app it doesn’t change and usually it changes pretty fast but now it doesn’t

When did you process the change?

I understand you were expecting an instant or at least a change to take effect fast. Please note that a custom image may take some time to process as it is being verified for suitability before it can be used.

1. You may also want to check if you are running the latest update of your Windows and Xbox app
Check the recent version of the Xbox app
Microsoft Store app > Downloads > Get updates/Update all
Check for the most recent version of Windows, including optional updates
PC Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates > Install

2. Try restarting your device.
3. Check your account if you are eligible for a customer image change.

Note: Custom gamerpics are subject to the Xbox Community Standards. Images that violate the standards can result in enforcement action by the Xbox Safety team.
