My game was deleted

 The ordinary version of ori and the blind fores is off the shelf. The games I bought in Xbox can't be played in Microsoft Store. The defining version can't read the basic version of savedata and enjoy XPA services. Please return it to ori and the blind fores in Microsoft Store

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand having issue with the save. If the game is definitive or original it will use the same save data. If it isn't reading it, this is most likely due to it being corrupt. If this is the case, then there is no way to recover corrupt save data.

  • My savedata can't read doesn't matter, but why delete my （the Ori And The Blind Forrest） standard I originally purchased,Shouldn't you compensate me for an （Ori And The Blind Forrest） Microsoft store version?

I am having some same problem  too but thank you for reaching out to  us about that problem  because there is only so many people  working at xbox because  of the illness  going around

I have a similar issue. I liked one of the games i got for free on GamePass. Ended up purchasing the extended edition with the DLC's. And now the game disappeared. I can find my saves, but the game app? Nope. Game completely disappeared. Now, to redownload 66gb and hope the saves are read properly.
