my child has game pass but cant play any ea games

If you’re an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass member, you’ll need to link your EA and Xbox accounts, and then make sure you have the EA app, now in beta, installed on your PC. If you don’t, the Xbox app for Windows will walk you through the setup process.

If you’ve played an EA Play game on your Xbox console, your Xbox and EA accounts are likely linked, so you should sign in to the Xbox app for Windows with the same Xbox account you use for console.

Once complete, you’ll be able to browse the EA Play catalog and download games through the Xbox app for Windows via the EA app.

Why are you making this so complicated for someone to play the ea games? And why do we need to make so many accounts to be able to play some games? It's super annoying and does not work very well.

The xbox app is installed and we can download and play games, only everything from ea is not working. In general I find the user experience using the game pass very bad. Half the games don't work, you need to create twenty thousands accounts and link them. I want to create one account, pay for game pass, and then play whatever I want.. How difficult does it need to be????

You can sign in to EA with your Xbox account so you're not making another account. That's just a requirement from EA.

As a gamer myself, I understand where you're coming from. You only need to create one account, then use the same account when logging in to EA Play. Please let me know if you have clarifications.

I am signed in to the xbox account and the ea accpunt is linked to yhe xbox account. Which is a child account, brcause my son is a child. We can play the fc24 on the xbox using his account without problem. But on pc (using a handheld console) when you click to download the game in xbox app, it leads you to a blank page 404 in the ea app. Also inside the ea app there is not any content that shows you can doawnload games. Maybe you can create a child account and go to the specific scenario. And then you would see that it absolutely does not work. As there are numerous people complaining with the exact same problem.... ea app does not allow child accounts to download games. but the game pass is on my childs qccount. the whole system is flaud, and you need fix it!

I still have not got any reply with a working solution as how to play ea games on a windows device using game pass. I can play it on xbox, but on windows the ea app leads to an empty page 404. The gamepass is bought on a child account.
