My account got banned from Minecraft for "Bad Language Behavior" even if I did nothing.

Hi Mel. Thank you for answering. The official Mojang website said "An account can't get banned for simple swears", and that's what I did. If Microsoft has a different policy, please tell me.

Yes xbox/Microsoft now have a strike system in which you can be banned for swearing or using obscene language. You can read about it at the following link https://www.dexerto.com/gaming/xbox-ban-enforcement-strike-system-profanity-2251214/ It is not just xbox doing this all gaming systems are now trying to combat swearing.

Even if I did so, Mojang says "An account can't get banned without a report from another player". My friend did nothing, and I know that. They were just simple swears from friend to friend, I was not trying to insult him. So, if you have an automatic system for banning and suspending, it made a mistake. (Also, I find it weird that the automatic system for banning and suspending watches our games, it's just too weird)

I provided the link for support earlier so it may be worth contacting them and letting them know how u feel about it and see whether ur ban can be removed.

Mojang replied to me (insanely fast for them and since I wrote to them too) and said that I could get my account back now without waiting for 56 days if I confirm that I would not break their "Community Standars" again. I would like to repeat that the ban was unneccessary due to the fact that I was sleeping while my account got suspended.
