For the last two days for some reason my Xbox and pc couldn't connect to the internet. This is really weird because my phone is connected to the internet and its working just fine. After I did some research I finally fixed the problem on my pc. But on the Xbox side there's nothing. Why is this happening and how do I fix it. I have tried clearing Mac address but it doesn't work. Please help

How did you fixed the problem in PC?

Are you able to see the same IP address of the Xbox in your Modem/Router?

I did everything shown in this video to fix the issue on my pc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sUNa-fzk9F0 .

Luckily I don't have the problem on my Xbox anymore because I contacted the network provider. Since they couldn't fix it neither I just decided to reset my modem and now everything works. Thanks for the reply thought, its nice knowing that you guys actually care about your customers.
