Modern warfare multiplayer pack 1 says not installed

Hey everyone.

Not changed anything.

Got gamepass weeks ago.

That is the only change

It it prompts not installed. I uninstalled to install again... However Microsoft store says needs game or buy game with the pack for money.

Anyone else got this and/or any ideas to fix? It looks like I lost acces to this data pack????? And now cannot get it back even though I have restarted.. signed in etc..

Hey

I am getting missed multipack 1 in game when I select multiplayer on modern warfare.

It WAS installed. I uninstalled to troubleshoot. Now it does not appear as a pack to install in local Xbox managed games screen. When i browse Microsoft store... It won't let me install it just loops back when I click. Or I can buy modern warfare with all the packs.

I own this game.

If I try to obtain in game... As in a purchase it says.... I assume at zero cost it says something went wrong.

Thanks for that. Kindly follow the steps below:

1. Launch the game "Warzone"
2. Press the Menu button on your controller
3. Go to the "Accounts" tab inside of your game
4. Select Game Installs
5. Install the available DLC Packs on the list

For step 5 you may not notice any changes or you may be redirected to the dashboard but please proceed on the next step:

1. Go to My Games and apps
2. Highlight Modern Warfare
3. Press the Menu button
4. Select Manage game &add-ons.
5. Click the game icon for the game and then check the additional DLC that you need to install from there.

Inside the game it shows like before missing.. but if I try to purchase.... It says something went wrong.....

Thank you for that. To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​
​​​
1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
Reset and keep my games & apps.

Ok i have done that.. it working. However my son signed in .. it promoted him to download multiplayer pack 1.... But if I sign in ... I cannot.

It seems I have lost the permission to play this game... Since going to game pass as that's the last thing I did

Please help
