I tried purchasing a realm recently and it was my first time but it said “ We are unable to complete your realm purchase. Maybe check your internet conection?” And it says the same when i try to purchase coins any help?

As the message you're receiving is indicating there is an issue with your internet connection, you may wish to look into your connection with Xbox Live on your device. Are you attempting this from a mobile device, PC, Xbox One or Xbox 360? Are you receiving any error codes?

I’m on Xbox one and I’ve reset my wifi and tested my connection many times and its fine and i tried the trouble shooting earlier when i was in a live chat with microsoft support and nothing has worked so far.

Thanks so much for your swift reply! Sorry to hear that you're still unable to make the purchases even after some troubleshooting to your connection. I would recommend that at this point, you sign into your account on a PC or other device and attempt to make the purchase there to see if you're able to do so.

I'm sorry to hear you still cannot purchase Minecraft in-game content. I think at this point it would be best to contact Mojang Support since there could be an issue with their Store and Realms is purchased through them. Here are the best resources to contact them:
