Minecraft PS4 Bedrock Edition login error

Hello, when I try to connect my microsoft account (the same one I use for Minecraft Windows 10 Edition and Xbox games in general) to my PSN account, I get the following error: "Oops! Looks like the Microsoft Account you are trying to use is already connected to another account on "PlayStation Network".".

I don't understand why this is happening because this showed up the first time I tried to connect the accounts and I don't have other PSN accounts.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. This is a known issue and is being looked into. We understand that you are unable to sign in to your Microsoft account through Minecraft for PlayStation 4. Are you able to sign in to your Microsoft account through the Xbox websiteand Microsoft website? Does an error message appear when you attempt to sign in to the websites? If you are able to sign in to the websites without experiencing any issues, we suggest reaching out to Mojang Supportand PlayStation Support for more assistance. We hope this information helps!

I had this issue and changing my password for Microsoft fixed it for some reason, but now I'm finding some of my skins and mashups are missing from my account.

I have a similar issue but not quite the same. it allowed me to attach my account to my ps4 but I cannot login on mine craft it says that it is having issues logging in. i have tried reaching out to PlayStation support but they couldn't fix it, I have tried reaching out to mojang but I cannot find a online tech support person to talk to. Would you have the URL at all?

Hi ive been trying to sign up for free in minecraft and it oepps saying 'we tried to sign you into your microsoft account, but something went wrong.
