Minecraft PE "Unable to connect to world"

Hello. 

When I tried to connect to any server or to my friend's worlds I can't. It displays a message "Unable to connect to world" this also happens to my friends

Hi there,

just to be sure, is any of you participating in the Beta for that game?

If so then it might be the cause since usually all need to be on the same version.

Another thing to check is to check the account privacy and online safety settings at http://account.xbox.com/settings and confirm all multiplayer settings are enabled and User created content is enabled too.

If this needs to be done for a Child account then the parental account needs to set these settings.

You have to check if you have the same upgrade version, it may be that one of them participates in the beta

Hello, me and my friend cant either join each others world. We bought the MCPE from APPSTORE and same version 1.13.0. How to fix this? Because if we cant play together, imma just refund :)
