Minecraft bedrock (for windows 10 edition) is stuck in "idle"

Im opens minecraft launcher and clicks the minecraft bedrock and clicks install and... in installing bar is "idle" text. why installation is idle?

Core: intel i3

Ram: 4 GB

Disk: 118 GB, but only 17.5 free (SSD)

Minecraft launcher version: 2.3.462-1.1.28

Minecraft Launcher settings: Keep the launcher open while games are running, else settings are turned off

Windows version: windows 10 home, version 21h2 (OS Build 19044. 1889)

User: Paweł, not have license to windows

Core type: 64-bit

Java: java 8

What's the exact i3 processor model? Double check this via Windows settings > system > about
Also, what's your graphics card? (Full model as well)
In the meantime, tell me what did you tried so far to fix this problem
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed
