Microsoft Xbox Live Chat support not working?!

Hey guys,

So first of all excuse me if I put this in the wrong section. I really didn't know where else to put it.

Second of all, I'm having a problem. I am trying to contact a Microsoft/Xbox employee through chat, however whenever I click ''Start chat'' nothing happens or appears.

I'm guessing a chat is supposed to pop-up but it does not do that for me.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Hi, it could also be the browser you are using, if you use anything other than Internet Explorer you can hit problems.
