Local Co-op Games to play with the Girlfriend

Hello,

Hopefully some of you out there will be able to uncover some hidden gems for me.  My girl and I like to play video games together, but I'm out of titles to play.  What we've played (and liked) so far;

Dungeon Siege 3:  Loved this game.

Crimson Alliance:  Great game but too short

Sacred 2: I liked this game, but she found it boring

LOTR: WITN: Awesome game, but the vertical split-screen made it hard to play (even on a 50")

I'm sure I'm not the only one who likes playing local co-op games with a GF/BF/buddy/sibling, so does anyone  have any thoughts??

Hello!

I recommend 'Castle Crashers' which is a 4-player Arcade Co-Op RPG, with terrific humour and a fantastic storyline.

It is much less 'Serious' that your current titles, but should provide a fun-filled co-op experience should you give it a go! I fully recommend it.

Resident Evil 5 has a nice co-op experience.

You should be able to find the Gold Edition (has all of the DLC) for a decent price.

Left 4 Dead. My gf and I enjoyed it a lot. If you like that, get the sequel too!

Family Game Night, the first one. 2, 3 and 4 sorta suck. FGN1 is amazing though. Retail version.

Well Castle Crashers is a great little game. I've out more time into this with family and online friends than a lot of retail titles.

The Lego games are also pretty good if a little simple. My favourites have been the original Indian Jones, original Star Wars and the Pirates of the Caribbean.

You do know Portal has local co-op too right? I see you have that game on your recently played games, well worth a go!

Mw3 could be played via split screen offline as well as online and you can also play survival mode on it which is pretty fun.

Me and my GF have played quite a few of the Lego titles and we are currently excited about MineCraft's release next Wed.

like xdefyspace said, the left for deads. my wife dosnt even play games but she loved them both. something about blowing away hordes of zombies side by side & constantly having to watch eachothers back really will bring the two of you together.
