Link Epic Games Account To Xbox Live

Hi ! 

There is my problem : I previously linked my Epic Games Account to Playstation Network, and now I would like to link it to Xbox Live, so it would allows me to have my skins and V-Bucks on both plateforms I am. But, when I try to link my Epic account to Xbox Live or Twitch, it tells me that the service is unavailable and that I shall try later. But it's been three weeks that I try to link Epic and Xbox Live without success. I just wanna precise that it's the same problem when I want to link my Epic account to my Twitch account. 

Hope you'll help me, 

If you didn't understand something, ask me I would answer as quick as possible ^^

Have you already gone through the steps on Epic's site?

I think there is a tutorial on your page for that, but I think the problem is that xbox has had a lot of bugs lately

That's definitely a possibility too. Xbox (along with pretty much every other platform) have been experiencing issues lately due to all the increased internet traffic from people staying home in self-isolation.

First Question: Has it be link to another xbox account?

Second Question: Is your email verified?
