Lego Pirates of the Caribbean Question

Seeing as there is not an official forum for the Lego Pirates game I have a question for anybody who has played this game: In the Smuggler's Den level one of the mini-kits requires a person who can both breathe underwater and has super-strength.  What character can I use for this kit and where do I obtain said character?  Thanks in advance.

one of the red hats opens a breathe underwater for all characters.

there is a strong man in the dead pirate crew,and he should be wandering somewhere in the dock once you have completed the game on story mode.

you may need to hit characters in the dock in order to buy them.
