lego games

From my understand the Star Wars and Batman games are considered the best lego ones. Which one you should get is really dependent on what universe you like better.

If you liked Lego Harry Potter Years 1 to 4 then I'd say get the Years 5 to 7 game.

Avoid the first Lego Indy, it's really not that good, go for Lego Indy 2. Pirates of the Caribbean is great fun and Lego Captain Jack is wonderfully animated.

Lego Star Wars the Complete Saga is great but has one annoyance. You can't pick up the studs as soon as they appear, you have to wait a second before collecting them. I know that doesn't sound like too big a deal but it does swiftyly begini to irritate with the amount of them in the game.

The Clone Wars Lego game is better in the stud collection stakes but really lacks the nostalgic feel of the Complete Saga.

Both of the Lego Batman games are great but my edge would go to the first one. It's not "open world" like the sequel but it has much more of the Lego charm you'd expect. Lego Batman 2 is properly voiced and while the voice work is excellent, that does make it feel like a Batman game made out of Lego instead of a Lego Batman game...I know that likely makes little sense but it's true for me.

So yes, as I said at the start. I'd pick neither of your choices and go for the second Lego Harry Potter.

I love the LEGO games, but Lego Harry Potter was my least favourite.  LEGO Batman was the best.

Lego LOTR will rule them all....

the first Lego batman,pirates and the first indiana jones are the best for me.

the first two star wars are also good but the third one not so much.

Get them all. All of them are fun to play.

I think it depends on your movie/content interest and how recently you've seen the movie or content. I loved Harry Potter...and the Lego Harry Potter. I sorta like Batman, and didn't really like the Lego game. I love Star wars and the Lego games were fun too. AND I reeeally enjoyed LOTR so I can't wait for the games. Another huge factor is CO-OP. It adds A LOT to the Lego games so if you have a bud/girl, it really enhances the experience too. I reccomend the Harry Potter games most, if you enjoyed the movies.

Franchise favorites aside, I hear Lego Batman 2 is the biggest, best Lego game, with more to do and hours spent.

I got Lego Indiana Jones free with one of my console purchases and it's the sole reason I will never play another Lego game. In my opinion it was horrible so stay clear of that one.
