Installing Internet Explorer or Edge in X Box 360

I did not try to use IE much on either my X Box 360 or One.  I just tried to use it and E3 is what is installed.  How do I get a version of IE or Edge for my X Boxes?  When I tried doing that, nothing happened.  The screen did not change when I went to the Apps store.  I could not click on anything.
Edge comes pre installed on the Xbox one. Does it work there? or is it not working on both consoles?

With the latest dashboard update you should have Edge browser installed on the Xbox 360. You don't install Internet explorer or Edge, they come preinstalled and they can't be uninstalled. Please look for it in the apps list.

Dashboard update is not listed anywhere in the APPS nor anywhere else I looked.  When I found Internet Explorer, the only option available is to re download E3.

Edge comes pre installed on the Xbox one. Does it work there? or is it not working on both consoles?

Since I had so much trouble with the 360, I did not look at the One console yet.  E3 came with the Xbox 360 I have.  I was told to download Dashboard Update but I cannot find that listed anywhere I looked.

Hello i think i got an answer to that question did you go to the store on Xbox 360 market if its not there than tell me.

If there is nothing then tri to look in your apps because the app should be pre installed

I don't remember the 360 having an IE. Was that a thing?

Sorry for the delay in answering here.   My X Box 360 predates Edge.  There is "E3" installed in it.
