Installation Stopped only on certain games

Hello i am trying to download 2 games Assassins Creed IV Black Flag and Assassin’s creed unity but they come up with installation stopped after about 5 minutes of downloading. The thing is it is only these two games.

well if the games are on disc that could be because the game is scratched, in that case there is nothing to do, if the games are digital, then you should try to power cycle your console, here's how you can do that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q8rpif6t_m4

Hi i have already tried restarting my console, power turning off, clearing persistant storage, and clearing my Alternate Mac address. Did you have any other suggestions

Im having the same problem (Unity digital). None of the troubleshooting options have worked. Any chance a solution has been found?

yo tuve el mismo problema con halo Reach de xbox 360 y era por que el disco estaba rayado y lo limpie con alcohol y un trapo suave despues lo secas con otra tapo suave

si lo haces te mucho cuidado

Hi DomHodder, 

Did u try to download the games on different days or times??? 

Because...when u try to download the game during server maintenance from ubisoft...these problems may happen. 

Hope this help...that u can play one of the best AC game

Creed IV Black Flag Dose the same for me i dont know why but it has always stopped the installing
