We understand you are having issues with buying V-Bucks in Fortnite. This issue might be caused by a problem with your payment method, your network connection, or the game itself. Just to set your expectation, here at Microsoft Community forums, we only have limited tools and we don't have the option to access your account information. But we will do our best to help you or provide the details to reach the right support to help you fix the issue.
Here are some steps you can try to fix it:
1. Make sure your payment method is valid and has enough funds. You can check your payment options here: Microsoft account | payment options
2. Restart your console and your router. This might help refresh your network connection and resolve any errors.
3. Clear the cache of your console. This might help remove any corrupted data that could interfere with the game.
To do this, press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds.
Then unplug the power cord and wait for another 10 seconds before plugging it back in and turning on the console.
If none of these step's work, you can contact Xbox Live Support for further assistance. They may need to check your account and remove purchase restrictions. You can reach them on this link: Contact us | Xbox Support.
Make sure to sign in to your Xbox account first. Then, click "Contact Us" and select a category.
Click Next and select View Contact Options. Select Skip.
Then, select the option "Let our virtual agent help you find a solution."
A chat pop-up will appear, and then type "Talk to Agent" in the chat window.
Select your issue and click Next. You'll then see an option to "Request a Callback" or "Chat with Live agent".
