i used pc game pass to download Yakuza 0 but it is stuck on the 'singing in' screen

I downloaded Yakuza 0 from pc game pass onto my pc but when i open the game to play it this shows up startplease help i just want to play the game. I meet all the hardware requirements

please help as soon as possible.

Is this happening on Windows 10 or 11?
And, is this happening only with Yakuza 0 game?

Please let's try something simple, double check all Xbox services are up and running on your pc and set everything to automatic:

Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC, after that do this:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

Now, sign out from your account on both Xbox app and Microsoft Store and do this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app and Yakuza 0 app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Finally do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Sign in again on both Microsoft store and Xbox app with your account and give it a new try

im on windows 11 and to my knowledge it is only happening with yakuza 0

it doesnt appear to have worked i have been waiting about 5:00 for it to sign in although this may be the normal time it takes im not sure

anyway thanks for your help even though im not certain it worked

That's really strange, could be a temporary issue with the servers

But if you want we can try another things on your PC to isolate even more the issue

i asked my friend about this and she said it might be a microsoft server issue since im quite certain my game isnt working

Your friend is experiencing the same loading time?

In the meantime do this:

Open the Control Panel in Windows.
After opening the control panel, set the “View by” on the top-right corner to “Large icons“.
Click on the “Network and Sharing Center” option.
Here, click on the “Change adapter settings” link on the left panel.
Now, right-click on the active network adapter and select “Properties“.
Go to the “Networking” tab.
Here, uncheck the “Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)” option.
Click on the “Ok” button to save changes.
Then close all the windows, restart your PC and give it a new try

If maybe the above doesn't work, try reinstalling your network adapter driver via manufacturer site

Or if you have the latest driver installed, do the opposite and install a previous version.

And, try using another game with the sign in feature, to see if takes the same to load
