I owned Minecraft Xbox Edition but can't download it on my PC

Hi, I already own Minecraft Xbox Edition on Xbox one, but when I go on the Microsoft Store on my PC, it says that I need to buy the Minecraft Windows 10 version. I have a lot of friend who owned the same version on Xbox one and they was able to download the Minecraft Windows 10 version for free. Is it normal?

It is normal. Minecraft is not a Play Anywhere title so you would have to purchase the PC version in order to play it on the PC. You're friend may have gotten it free through a different promotion.

Hola, ya tengo Minecraft Xbox Edition en Xbox One, pero cuando entro a la tienda de Microsoft en mi PC, dice que necesito comprar la versión de Windows 10 de Minecraft. Tengo muchos amigos que poseían la misma versión en Xbox One y pudieron descargar la versión de Windows 10 de Minecraft de forma gratuita. ¿Es normal?

Tienes que comprar la versión en pc amigo, no todos los juegos corren igual.

A mi me pasó lo mismo.
