I just purchased the Diablo IV series X bundle, but when I go to download the game, the only option is to claim on another account. How can I get the game on my account?

Please check first if you have a completed transaction for the game on your order history at this link, https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

If it's completed there, you should be able to install the game by doing the steps below using your console.

Go to My Games & Apps> See all > Full library > All owned games, select the game title, then press Install all.

If that doesn't work, try installing the game remotely.

Kindly do the steps below to set it up first.

Sign in on your console using the same Xbox profile you’ll be using on your mobile or PC app.
Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide and go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.
Check the box to enable remote features.
For Power options, select Sleep mode.

Note If the console isn’t set to Sleep mode, remote features won’t work. This is so installation can start even when you’re not there to turn on the console.

After that, download the Xbox app on your mobile phone, sign in to your account there then search for the game. Select "Download to console."

The game came with the console. It wasn’t a separate purchase. When I go to account settings and games included on console, the only option is claim for different account.

I'm really sorry about that. You should be using the same account that was setup during the initial setup procedure. Are you using that to install the game?

I understand, please try to remove and re-add the account and see if that sorts out the issue.

Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
When you're finished, select Close. Power off the console for 1min. Power on the console then click Gamertag pic
Select >Add New>
Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add.

I found that I had to go into settings/account/Included with this Xbox console/ then select "claim" to get it.
