To reset your PIN for Parental Controls on your Epic account, follow these steps:
Go to
https://www.epicgames.com/account/parental-cont... and log in.
Important: If you are a parent/guardian of an account, you still must log into the child's account to update the PIN code related to that account.
If you are mainly playing on consoles, make sure that you are logged into the same Epic account. The best way to do it is to compare the Account ID on the website to the in-game Account ID, they have to be the same. To see how to find your Account ID, please see:
