Can someone please tell me what all is needed for information when calling xbox to try and get a code to reset my password and email.
I don't remember the if I used a secondary email when setting up my account so if I did happen to forget it I was safe with a password reset going to someone else email. Here is the issue I don't know what kind of questions will be asked when calling. Example I can't give the email address since I'm not sure if there was a second one setup or not. Plus I don't know what all can be done if anything. I do know I have purchased game downloads in the past from xbox but they always went into my main account. And that is the account I can't get into. So any advice would be great thank you.
P.S. I have tried to use some other emails I could think of and nothing worked. So I don't know if the code goes to email or phone number. And I recently got a new phone in April with a new number.
If anyone has any advice on how to get my account back please let me know thank you.
