Hello @Yanikk!

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Would you please try the following solutions:

Solution 1: Attempt a clean boot of your system:

You can follow the instructions mentioned here to preform the clear boot.

Solution 2: Windows apps troubleshooter

The Windows apps troubleshooter can help diagnose and resolve issues with games downloaded from the Windows Store. Click this link to run this troubleshooter.

Solution 3: Check for updates

We also recommend checking if there are updates available for the Windows 10 PC. Refer to the following link for the steps:

Solution 4: Reset the Xbox app

Resetting the Xbox app from the Settings menu can help resolve corrupted app data. Here are the steps:

  1. Click Start and click Settings.

  2. Select System.

  3. Select Apps & features.

  4. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.

  5. Click Reset.

  6. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect. Sign in to the Xbox app and check if the same issue occurs.

Solution 5: Delete the Windows Store cache :

  • Press Windows key or open Windows Start, then type wsreset in the search bar

  • Right-click on wsreset.exe and select Run as Administrator

  • This will clean the Windows Store cache. Make sure you don’t press anything while the command prompt is working.

  • Windows Store will open when it’s been reset and you should restart your PC.

Solution 6: Run a troubleshooter:

  1. Run the troubleshooter: Select the Start  button, and then select Settings  > Update & Security   > Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps  > Run the troubleshooter.

Solution 7: Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app

This process will replace corrupted app installation files.

  1. Click Start > All apps > Windows PowerShell folder > Windows PowerShell application. Right-click Windows PowerShell and click More Run as Administrator.

  2. In the Windows PowerShell window, copy and paste the command Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage then press Enter.

  3. Once done uninstalling, click this link to download the Xbox app.

Keep us posted with the results.

I hope this helps you out!
