I can't redeem the code that comes with console.

Everytime i try to redeem the Shadow of Tomb Raider that comes with Xbox One X i get this message.

Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page.

I tried in xbox console, at the web microsoft.com/redeem, in the xbox app... with the same result.

Hi, that looks like some sort of region issue, if your account region and physical locations don't match you'll have these issues. It could also be the region and language setting on the Xbox so that may be worth checking too.
