I cant enable minecraft multiplayer can someone help me?

if you're on console, you're required to have an online subscription to play it online. If you're on PC, what exactly is the error message that you get?

But when i click on it, it sends me to a website that says this.

But when i click on that first link it sends me to the microsoft family page, i am the only one in there.

Same issue here on xbox one, on my account and my 2 kids accounts. No issue with mine on PC.

It seems to be a bug with the communication between minecraft and microsoft not able to see what setting you have on the microsoft account.

Ive checked mine and my 2 kids accounts and they have the setting allowed for multiplayer on(and we had no issue with it but just recently(about a month).

Ive contacted support, one thing that worked temporary was un-installing the game then installing it again.

So I downloaded a map from the cloud then we could play together on lan with xbox one. BUT after we left the map and the next day the same issue with all maps we downloaded from the cloud to the console and not able to play multiplayer at all.
