I can't add a credit card to my Xbox 360.

Hello.

I'm having a lot of issues trying to add a payment method to my Xbox 360. I keep getting error code: 8C250005. I even updated my card on my Microsoft account but it's not updating on my console. With the store going down in July, I really want to purchase content before it's too late. Am I able to add my debit card at all?

I had this issue recently as well, I was trying to purchase Guardian Heroes. I was successful by using the Xbox Marketplace website, have you tried it? https://marketplace.xbox.com Another thing you can try is using the link below to add your payment method. I haven't tested it myself, but searching for similar topics I found many users that were sucesfull by doing it. https://live.xbox.com/ManagePaymentOptions/AddPaymentOption If it still fails, you can delete your profile and redownload it. Press start+select to open Xbox 360 menu. Go to Manage Storage > Profiles > Delete your Profile (Keep the Data). Press Start+Back one more time. Download your Profile. I hope this helps.
