I am unable to log into the "my account" page on xbox.com. it just keeps loading forever.

this started happening the day after setting up my xbox One.

How can i access my account on my computer again??

Which browser are you using? I would start by clearing your browsers cache and cookies to start. If that doesn't work, try logging in on a different device and let us know that works! :)
