The problem is that I haven't changed anything in my name, location, or bio for years with the exception of removing irrelevant clan information about a year ago. It isn't my profile picture since I've had that for over a year as well and it is still my
current picture with this suspension.
My bio/motto to the bests of my memory since I haven't changed anything for a very long time:
"I kill a ton, just because. There couldn't possibly be any more mispronunciations of my gamertag."
This is the only infraction I've ever had on Xbox and don't even get to know how.
HOW AM I SUPPOSED KEEP FROM DOING WHAT I DID WRONG IF I CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT I DID TO BEGIN WITH!?
It is a 1 day suspension so I can't file a case review, but with no way of knowing how anything I did was wrong I have no way of assuring I don't accidentally do it again.
