How many report i need that microsoft delete my account? Or forever suspend?

Nobody in support or on the forum would be able to answer that. Permanent bans are down to how the Enforcement team deem the seriousness of an offence, or whether they deem you to have had enough warnings about behaviour.

Nobody knows the exact number of reports, but the general number is that a lot of people need to report you in order for Enforcement to take action. Console bans are rare but do happen if you violate something major in Microsofts TOS. If you lose your account then yes you do loose your games as well.

Repeat or severe offenses

We may permanently suspend a profile or device if we can no longer trust it due to a severe violation, or if our attempts to correct repeated negative behaviors are unsuccessful. Under permanent suspension, the owner of the suspended profile forfeits all licenses for games and other content, Gold membership time, and Microsoft account balances.

Not true, only one report of code of conduct violation is needed, for the Enforcement team to investigate. It's a myth that getting lots of people to file reports, gets Enforcement action.

There is no exact number to have your account permanently banned. However  if you just want to close your account and remove your games. Xbox customer support can help you there. Have a chat with them let them know you want to delete your account, and it's as easy as following a few instructions and a wait period.
