How do I share pictures from my computer to the Xbox app

Hello,

I am curious how, if possible, can I share pictures from my computer to the Xbox app. If I am playing a game on my computer and take a screenshot, how do I share that on the Xbox app. Also, if I take a photo with my phone and have it saved on my computer, am I able to share that on the Xbox app as well. If so, how? Within the Xbox app, I have tried clicking the share button and it only shows my achievements that I have got on the Xbox One. Thanks.
