No one has had an update DirectX manually in about a decade. It’s part of the operating system.

DirectX is part of the OS, it can't be updated manually. There are many different configurations of PC/Laptop, what are your system specs? What game/s are crashing?

What exactly is the nature of the crash, do they lock up or do they just close on their own and return you to the desktop? Updating Windows isn't going to fix this issue. In any case, incremental Windows updates don't generally update DirectX.
The games downloaded from the Epic Store have the ability for the files to be checked and verified. This saves downloading misbehaving games over and over:
Find your game in your Epic Library, click on the three dots ... and select 'Manage'
Next, click the Verify files button. This checks the installed game for errors and missing files. Much faster than downloading the game again.
Try clearing your graphics drivers completely using a free (and safe) app called DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller.
Go to the Nvidia website and download the graphics card driver. Manually search for the driver, don’t use the GeForce Experience link.
Store the driver somewhere safe (you’ll need it later).
Download DDU. The download links will be at the bottom of the website
Run DDU. Select NVIDIA from the Graphics driver drop down. Then click the ‘Clean and restart’ button. Note, this may take up to 5 minutes to complete, depends entirely on the speed of your PC and how many old driver files needs to be removed. The process is automated and will re-boot the PC when it's finished.
When the machine reboots, everything is going to look big, relax though, this is normal. This because you've removed your graphics drivers.
Find the Nvidia driver file you downloaded earlier and run it to re-install your graphics driver.
After the driver has been installed you can run your game again

The game that has been crashing for me is valorant and I downloaded it from epic games. I ran the scan and nothing is wrong. I also updated my drivers, ran a secure boot, reinstalled the game, and nothing seems to work. It crashes randomly by just closing its self and it doesn’t impact my pc.

You updated your drivers, but did you do it following the above guide using DDU to clear your old driver first?
You could try DDU again but download an older NVIDIA driver. Also, the best way to use DDU is to do so via Windows 11 safe mode. Safe mode has more chance of allowing DDU to completely clean your PC of the old driver files.
Have you looked at running CHKDSK, SFC, and DISM to check for Windows and file system errors? Also, have you tried looking at the Windows Event Viewer? Event Viewer should show these game crashes and provide an error code.
