To request a callback, follow these steps:
Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
Step 2 ----Select See other options
Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)
Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
Honestly, I had issues contacting support as well. I put in a request and never got a call to my phone. My brother put in a request after I did and he was called back right away. I ended
up trying again but putting in my house number instead of my cell and I got a callback almost instantly. Although I never set up a block on my cell, it seems like their number was being blocked.
