How do i delete save data?

Hello, im trying to delete my save data for a game as ive had a save corrupted. Ive followed the steps however, when i click delete all my xbox will not delete my save data for the account i play on.

Hi Kyairity, my name is Rodrigo. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today. I am sorry to hear that. To do it, follow these steps: On Home, select My games & apps. Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, then select Manage game & add-ons. Select the Saved data box, then choose the item you want to delete. Select Delete Everywhere. I hope this helps.

No error message, i click delete, it acts as if it goes through and then nothing happens

Hello Kyairity, Please, try power cycling the console and delete the saves again. To do it, follow these steps: Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds. Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply. Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on. For more information: https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/power/restart-or-power-cycle-console Let me know if it works!

None of these steps work for anyone…

I’ve tried all this stupid stuff to delete the data on MK 11 just so I can play it from brand new again and same stupid **** all my old data reappears…

This is junk Microsoft…

If I want to play any of my games from scratch again I shouldn’t need to contact you to flipping do it…
