Ok, this is starting to look ridiculous on Xbox's part. I received a Permanent Suspension on my xbox account that I've been using for years and years (always a loyal customer even to the most expensive products). I went to the enforcement page that tells me nothing on how to do this. There is no 'Contact info' other than an appeal? Which we all know, will just get written off. If Xbox sincerely did do a thorough investigation, they would see that the messages on the game that got reported by another player for language i used was so elementary, it was NOT that bad basically. I received 1 suspension for saying "[mod removed] u know". Which how and why does Xbox get to interpret the '[mod removed]' in that sentence. All i meant was "Forget you", forget about it. That message right there is enough to add to an suspension pile to later kick me off xbox's platform? Ya'll can't be serious. Another example in a message, I say, "[mod removed]". Are you kidding me??? you cannot say the word '[mod removed]' anymore to somebody who is cussing at me??? This is a joke, and I'm thinking these bans are politically motivated since they don't make any sense. I would love to be able to speak with Enforcement over the phone, since I disagree that a 'more thorough investigation' has taken place since my appeal. I believe I could explain the misunderstandings in better context over the phone vs. what the little bad language they see that I used. You are talking about a lot of money and time put into these accounts (not including the money spent for the console itself) to so easily ban a person from using their paid account. I am NOT happy. This is supposed to be customer support at its best with Xbox being one of the forerunners in industry. How does one get in touch with them over the phone? Or are they too scared to be able to answer the phone and back up the ridiculous PERMANENT they enforced due to language mentioned above. Please any help in leading me to speak with someone about this situation, that could cleared up in a matter of minutes by phone, would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time. 0, I guess I should expect to see a HUGE influx of people migrating to PS4 since the specific game played at the time my comments were reported, gets used by those same gamers ALL THE TIME. I must have reported 2 people for everytime I got reported. So it would only make sense, that they would be banned as well since that is the common verbiage used all the time for that game under Xbox.

It's not possible to contact the enforcement team any way other than a case review.

So that basically gives Xbox enforcement opportunities to ban anyone they want to, without needing any valid reason. Wouldn't you say that to be true? If nobody is able to speak to them, or their supervisor, they basically have freedom to ban whoever they want to ban. Wouldn't you say this might just be a huge potential problem for Xbox if an enforcement team started to become bias in any way?

No. They only issue suspensions/bans if the person violated the code of conduct/terms of service, which you did.
