how can i refund a gifted game

i recently gifted a friend Titanfall duelux because i wanted to play but he said to just refund the game and now i cant refund the game i gifted and cant find it in my purchases to refund any one know what i can do?

If you cannot see it, you might have purchased the item through a different account. From your order history, change the timeline to "ALL AVAILABLE".

Prepare the order number which can be found in your order history. After you submit the request, they will send you confirmation and follow-up emails within 72 hours that will include instructions on how you can keep track of the status of your request.

Note: You must request a refund for an unredeemed code within 14 days of purchase. If the code has already been redeemed, Microsoft won't be able to process a refund, even if it's within the 14-day period.

Keep in mind that if he redeemed the code, it would not be eligible for a refund.
