How can I change my xbox live settings without an xbox console?

Hi i'm a minecraft player. A friend created a Realm that I want to play in. I've been told to change privacy settings and club settings and all that.

Nothing I do works. It always tells me how to do it with an Xbox One, which I don't have. How am I supposed to fix this problem?

You can change your account settings by going to the Microsoft website and signing in using the correct email and password.

Hi Scotty

I am playing Forza Horizon 4 on PC and have this set to everyone but I am still unable to access auction house and online features within the game. Am I missing something?
