STEPS THAT YOU CAN TRY:
*try to sign out first
*clear the alternate mac address and restart the console
-you need to go to settings>network settings>advance settings>alternate mac address>clear>restart
*sign in back again and try loading up the game
OR
*Hard reset the console
-sign out first with your account
-by pressing and holding the power button good for exact 15 sec, and once the Xbox is off remove the POWER SUPPLY CABLE and wait for 30 secs, and reconnect the cable back again, turn on the console and sign in back again on the account and load up the game one more time
