Game Sharing and Windows 10 Connectivity

So if i'm understanding correctly you are attempting to connect your Surface table to the Xbox One X for game streaming?

Hey Erick C,

I might not have been clear, there are 2 Xbox's on my network, my sons and mine, we gameshare, so when I try to stream to the Xbox App, it links to his xbox not mine (because the gamesharing "home xbox" setting). I am trying to link the  xbox I use, and trying to find it using the IP is not working.

I recommend to adjust your console settings for the connectivity feature.

How to use game streaming in the Xbox app on Windows 10 (more details).

1. sign into son's account

2. settings

3. Preferences

4. select Xbox app Connectivity

5. turn it off

4. select Xbox app Connectivity

5. turn it on

Then re-access the Xbox app

Thanks for the response.... i'll try this as soon as my box comes back from repair. It errored out on my 2 days ago. Once I am up and running again, I will let you know if this solved my

problem.
