"Game is not currently available in your account 0x803F8001"

I recently bought a new game and downloaded it but when I downloaded it, this error message came up: "*Game* is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001". I had the same problem with a free game earlier the same day, I have tried so many solutions to this problem and I would just like one that works.

Open Powershell in admin mode and paste the following, which I believe reinstalls the default apps on Windows 10.

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

The game that I bought was gang beasts and the free app that I installed earlier that day was the Minecraft launcher, I haven't bought or installed any other games recently so I am unsure if this issue will apply to all apps and games I install or just these ones, I attempted to install three other free apps that were unrelated to each other and all three of them couldn't install and it said there were issues at their end

First try to reset the Store

- Go to settings by pressing the Windows + i keys
- Navigate to Apps >>> Applications and features.
- Select the Microsoft Store application and then click Advanced Options.
- Click the Reset button.
- Confirm the reset by clicking on Reset again.
- Check the store and see if the issue is resolved.

If that doesn't work, then try to clear the Store cache;

- Try and press the "Windows + r" keys and type "wsreset.exe" (without the quotes)
- A command prompt window will pop up and close after a few seconds.
- When the Store automatically check if the issue is resolved.

If that doesn't help, next you can try to run the troubleshooter
— Go to Settings by pressing Windows + i
— Navigate to Update & Security >>> Troubleshooting.
— Then select Windows Store Applications then choose the Run Troubleshooter.
— It will launch and check for problems with the Microsoft Store. If it detects a problem, follow its recommendations to fix it.
— When you're done, open the Store and check if the issue is resolved

Last step is to reinstall the Store
— Run Windows PowerShell as administrator. (Right click on the start button and click on 'Windows Shell - Admin)
— Now to reinstall the Store, Copy and paste this command:

Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register '$ ($ _. InstallLocation) \\ AppXManifest.xml'}
— Open the Microsoft Store and check if the issue has been resolved.

The issue is still present although when I ran the trouble-shooter it said "Troubleshooting was unable to automatically fix all the issues found" which it then stated was "unresponsive or crashing apps" I'm not sure if this is related however.

Furthermore, when I ran the command you gave PowerShell said:

Add-AppxPackage : Cannot find path 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\$ ($ _. InstallLocation) \ AppXManifest.xml' because it does

not exist.

Earlier the same day I tried to download the new minecraft launcher and I ran into the same problem, later that day I tried to see if it was everything I download so I attempted to see by installing three unrelated applications but all three of them failed to install and I haven't checked anything else yet but those three apps still fail to install
