Friend can’t join my non dedicated ark server

Tried updating, uninstalling, restarting, restarting the internet and just about everything but my mate can’t joined my ark server and it keeps saying join failed. She could join before but now it won’t let her at all despite us both having everything up to date and having game pass. I can’t think of anything to do as it lets us join other servers that we don’t own but not our own one.

What I can check, is if there is any error in your network

Tell me what appears in this test please. Download the companion xbox console app > settings > network > NAT type
And connectivity

Ah okay

Well my NAT type is open as well as my friends and so is the connectivity. This happened the other week as well but i havent met anyone else with this issue so im not sure if its the games issue or something else as everything else works fine.

If both connections are open, with no restrictions, I believe it's a server error.

In this case, I advise you to contact the Ark service channel to analyze this situation, friend.

just check if ur NAT Typ is on open and if it doesent just watch this video

Hi, I was hoping you would be willing to help me as well. I am playing off of my computer. But it’s with the game pass and my friend on Xbox has been able to join me before as well. I checked my NAT Type and it says Moderate. I don’t know if this changes anything or if this is a server error that is just becoming more consistent.

As I said in previous messages I’ve already checked it multiple times and it’s open and I’ve tried the video before posting on here. Thanks anyway, still have the same issue and can’t host multiplayer servers lol
