Free Xbox Live Gold Games Unable to Download

Hello!

I have a xbox live gold subscription, but I can not download the free games of the month, neither from the xbox nor from the pc.

Especially backward-compatible games like "Dante's Inferno and Dragon Age 2"
I called the support but nothing, can someone solve this problem?

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Does an error message appear when you attempt to download the games? Does the console ask you to purchase the games? Do the games appear in the ready to install section of the console? Be sure to let us know the results!

Did you get Gold using a trial membership, trials are not eligible for Games with Gold.

I try to respond to everyone!
So when I go to the free monthly games section,
I can download the games "normal" xbox, but when I click on the backward compatible type "dragon age 2" asks me to pay $ 19.99.
The problem is that I have the live gold (14-day trial version)

Hello Cianka,

that is why unable to get the backward compatible games. They  will not work with the 14 day trial unfortunately. In this link describing Xbox live gold there is a section explains the trials.

With an Xbox Live Gold 2- to 14-day trial, you can get Xbox One Games with Gold, and discounted Gold deals.

If it was a one month trial you could get the backward compatible games.

I tried to buy "Dragon Age 2" with a prepaid card, without money, to see if it was a payment problem.
I have climbed 1 euro, I would not like reloading the prepaid card, I would scale the 18.99 euros

We need to make sure that both the transaction and license appear for the game. Please let us know if one of those two items are missing. Be sure to keep us updated!

Check account.microsoft.com to ensure the gamertag you're signed into has an active gold subscription, and remember that trial subs do not qualify for free games.
