Forza rewards isnt working for me because after i sign in it says There was a problem retrieving your account information from Xbox LIVE. Please sign out and try again. Make sure to give Forza Motorsport permission to access your account information. I signed in like 5 or 6 times and i allowed the website to access my info but it keeps on telling me what i copied and pasted above

I just claimed mine again today(3rd time I think) I don't know what your problem could be, clear your browser cache maybe?

I got mine just fine. In the past I had a problem like this. Do you have another way to sign in to get the rewards? Example: different PC, phone or some type of tablet.
