Forza horizon 5 transferring progress from microsoft store to Steam

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Unfortunately, I believe this is not possible, given what is said by the game's developer.

''Forza Horizon 5 will support cross-play and cross-save across Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows 10 PC, and Xbox Cloud Gaming.
Steam will have support for cross-play, but cross-save with Xbox is not supported.

Your save file which includes progress and in-game items on Steam is completely unique and separate from any pre-existing save file that's associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. This includes user-generated content like liveries. layer groups, etc...''

Hello Mateus, i am here for just a little simple question.

I started to play forza horizon 5 on my xbox one, then went to pc.
I got for free on the microsoft store because i have the xbox game pass.
I recently bought a g29 steering wheel that for what i see is not compatible with my game from microsoft store.
I want to purchase the steam dlc because i want to have the option to use my steering wheel.
I just need to know how or if i can get my account started on xbox to my steam DLC.

It doesn’t work with Xbox consoles. It should be fine with the windows store version
