Forza Horizon 5 premium edition Add-Ons Bundle not installed

Hello everybody!

I bought and installed the Forza Horizon premium edition. However the VIP, CAR PASS and WELCOME PACK can not be downloaded and installed, even if it is written that I "owned" them.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that there are add-ons that don't need to be installed and one of the examples is the VIP Car Pass. You may need to check inside of your game if you can install them from there or if they're accessible.
