Forza Horizon 5 - Hot Wheels DLC - Expedition not showing on the map

I have purchased the Hot Wheels DLC for Forza Horizon 5, and everything seems legit (it says I own it, it's installed and I have Hot Wheels menus within the game). But, when you try to access any of the new content, it's all locked until you complete the Hot Wheels Expedition, but it's not showing on the map. I have tried re-installing the main game and the DLC several times, and I've also re-started the game and the console several times. I've also checked for game updates, but there are none.

I've looked around and I get the feeling this is a common problem, but I've not seen the answer for this yet. Does anyone have any ideas on this?

You need to travel to the marker in the upper center of the main map and complete the intro

What if that marker isn’t showing?

My kids use my Xbox and don’t see marker when signed in to their profile.

I however do see it and can access the Hotwheels DLC

Have your children completed the prerequisites for unlocking the Hot Wheels content using their accounts?
